A site visit to be arranged at Sidmouth Road, Muizenberg with the relevant stakeholders to address the concerns raised by the Muizenberg Improvement District.

A formal presentation detailing the findings of the site visit be submitted to the Subcouncil.

RESOLVED that, residents reporting incidents related to safety and security concerns adhere to the following steps:
a) Dial 021 480 7700 from a mobile phone or 107 from a landline to connect with the designated Call Centre for safety and security concerns.
b) Provide detailed information about the incident to the Call Centre operator.
c) The item be removed from the Matters Receiving Attention Schedule.
