a) That Subcouncil 11 nominate Councillor M Manuel and Cllr K Christie, as the alternate to attend the Upper Kenilworth Improvement District management body meetings as observers.
b) That the names of the political representatives be submitted to the Chief
Whip to effect appointment by the Executive Mayor.
