That the item BE REFERRED back to Area Economic Development for review of technical information and for the report to serve again at the November 2023 meeting.

(b) That a workshop with all line departments be arranged prior to the November Subcouncil meeting in order to review the current Informal Trading Plan and consider possible additional sites.
