RESOLVED that having considered the City of Cape Town Traffic Calming Policy and the recommendation from Transport Planning & Network Management Department;
a) Rontree Avenue is considered non - compliant with the Traffic Calming
Policy Directives Section 7(3) and Section 7(2).
b) Therefore we do not believe that circumstances exist to justify the
implementation of traffic calming measures.
