RESOLVED It be NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from HELLO ASIA was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:

SubCouncil 16 recommends that the application for a Consumption OFF Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA23070015, for the business Hello Asia be CONDITIONALLY SUPPORTED

Subject to:

The premises being made available for the relevant inspection to be done by City Emergency Services
The alcohol being sold should be in keeping with the speciality nature of the business and stocking speciality items from Asia.
