It is recommended that:
a) The proposed lease of a portion remainder erf 140399-RE, Cape Town,
situated off John Down Walk Hanover Park, in extent approximately
365m2, as shown and lettered ABCDEF on the attached plan LIS2883
marked as Annexure A, to The Valley of Plenty NPC be refused for
reasons contained in this report.
b) The objections received in response to this application be upheld for the
reasons set out in the report |
