a) Subcouncil NOTE the intent to apply for exemptions in terms of Section 34(3) and/or 38(9) of the National Heritage Resource Act (1999) in the areas demarcated in Annexure 1;
b) Subcouncil NOTE the intent to apply to protect heritage resources identified in the demarcated areas by placement on the provincial Heritage
Register set out in Annexure 1.
