RESOLVED That the report on the intent to proceed with application for exemption from the requirements of Section 34(1) and 38(1-8) of the National Heritage Resources Act (NHRA, act 25 of 1999) by requesting heritage Western Cape apply section 34(3) and 38(9) of the nhra and place certain conservation-worthy properties on the heritage register (s30) to be protected through the City’s heritage protection overlay zoning BE NOTED
