RESOLVED

Subcouncil 18 supports the recommendation that:

Subcouncil NOTE the intent to apply for exemptions in terms of Section 34(3) and/or 38(9) of the National Heritage Resource Act (1999) in the areas demarcated in Annexure 1.

Subcouncil NOTE the intent to apply to protect heritage resources identified in the demarcated areas by placement on the provincial Heritage Register (see Annexure 1).
