Subcouncil 2 recommended that the lease of City Land, Erven 2315, 2316, 2317 and remainder Erf 2289 Kraaifontein, situated at 9th Avenue, Kraaifontein shown bordered grey and lettered ABCD on the attached Plan 130006474 marked Annexure A, in extent approximately 1052m², to Kraaifontein Duiwe Vereniging, or its successors in title, be approved subject to inter alia the following conditions:

A tariff rental of R 1039.13 per annum excluding VAT calculated at the rate applicable at the time of transaction be payable. Rates not applicable.

The lease will endure for a period of 10 years.

The rental will be adjusted annually in terms of the rental tariff structure as approved by Council.

The property be used for sporting purposes only.

Subject to such further conditions imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of his delegated authority.

Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements.

No compensation will be payable for any improvement made to the property.
-
All outstanding accounts with the City of Cape Town be settled.
