RESOLVED that:
a) the Subcouncil NOTED the contents of the report and the Draft Public Participation Plan (Annexure 1 attached to the report);
b) to RECOMMEND that Spatial Planning and Environment Portfolio Committee approves the initiation of public participation on a Draft
Contextual Framework;
c) Circulates this report to all ward committees and stakeholders
