RESOLVED:
It be NOTED that a liquor licence application for a Section 48(4) was received from DERWAY INVESTMENTS PTY LTD TRADING AS WYN – LLA23050023, was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Sub Council 08 recommended that the application, reference no. LLA23050023, for the business Derway Investments PTY LTD Trading As Wyn, BE SUPPORTED.
