It be NOTED that a special event application for a Section 48(4) was received from WINTER WONDERLAND – E23050021, was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Sub Council 08 recommended that the application, reference no. E23050021, for the business Winter Wonderland, BE SUPPORTED.
