RESOLVED:
It be NOTED that an event application for a Section 48(4) was received from VAMOS RESTAURANT (PTY) LTD – E23040010, was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Sub Council 08 recommended that the application, reference no. E23040010, for the business Vamos Restaurant (PTY) LTD, BE SUPPORTED.
