RESOLVED:
It be NOTED that a temporary licence application for Section 48(1) was received from WOOLWORTHS CAFÉ WATERSTONE VILLAGE – T23050020, was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Sub Council 08 recommended that the application, reference no. T23050020, for the business Woolworths Café Waterstone Village, BE SUPPORTED.
