That the Department submit a report to the next Subcouncil meeting in June 2023 and included in the report should be the overview and status of the Retreat Pool, the schedule and budget.

That the item be placed on the matters outstanding for the Subcouncil to monitor the progress.

That the presentation on the status report on operation capacity of swimming pools and spray parks 2023/24: Retreat Swimming Pool be NOTED.
