It was RESOLVED that

The schedule of service requests for Subcouncil 15 be NOTED.

The ward councillor and the ward assistant monitor service requests that are long outstanding and request the subcouncil manager to escalate such;
-
The schedule of outstanding and in progress service requests be submitted via excel to Subcouncil members;
-
The monthly progress report be presented in PowerPoint format going forward.
