That Subcouncil 18 NOTES the Progressive Capital Expenditure Report for the period April 2023.

That a site meeting be arranged with the relevant officials on the Pelican Park Integrated Recreation Facility to discuss the scope of the project, the expenditure and the process that was followed in terms of the SCM.

Ald S Rossouw to send an email to the Subcouncil about the concerns of the Drivers Licence Project.

That a follow-up on the progress made with the installation of CCTV cameras in Ward 66.
