RESOLVED that having considered the City of Cape Town Traffic Calming Policy and the recommendation from the Transport Planning & Network Management Department, all strategic crossing points that generate significant amount of traffic are covered thus we do not believe that circumstance exists to justify the implementation of crossings in between Main Road and High-Level Road, Sea Point.
