RESOLVED that:

Subcouncil submits its comments on the Mobile Business Policy: Informal Trading By-Law Amendment and Mobile Business Trading Areas before the closing date, 19 June 2023.

Ward Councillors to identify alternative sites, whilst the process is ongoing.

A meeting to be scheduled with the MAYCO member of Economic Growth and Director, Enterprise and Investment to discuss the involvement of Subcouncils into identifying additional trading sites and the process thereof.
