RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that the Proposed lease of a portion of a public passage, erf 98, Tamboerskoof, between Gilmour Hill and Woodside Roads, Tamboerskloof for Gardening and Security purposes: Jennifer Anne Hall BE REFUSED for the following reasons;
a) Concern regarding the legal implications of certain title deed restrictions
b) It is recommended that Property owners form a Body Corporate who then should apply to lease the entire lane
