RESOLVED that it be NOTED that an application for a liquor licence received from EOROPEAN BAR SCHOOL CAPE TOWN was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
SubCouncil 16 recommends that the application for a Consumption ON Premises Liquor Licence, reference no. LLA23040009, for the business Eoropean Bar School Cape Town CONDITIONALLY SUPPORTED
Subject to all requirements as stipulated by the City Emergency Services:
1. Approved plans required,
2. Rails required
3. Sans 10139 break glass unit , sounder and strobe required
4. Failure to test and maintain fire suppression equipment on a regular basis
5. Fire suppression equipment obstructed/not accessible
6. Fire suppression equipment not visible or clearly demarcated with SANS 1186 approved signage
7. Permit vegetation/combustible material to overgrow/accumulate on premises in a manner likely to cause a Fire Hazard or other threatening danger
8. Obstruction of or rendering component escape of escape route less effective
