That the content of the report, Quaterly Progress Report on the Work of the Street People Programme Unit in Subcouncil 2 BE NOTED;

That the department in (i) above consult with the street people forum in terms of dealing with Street Children;

That a strategy plan between Law Enforcement and Social Development be determined in order to solve the current situation within Subcouncil, and utilised the situation of the vagrants on the pavement in Mildred Street as a case study.
