That the Subcouncil and Ward Business Plans for 2023 – 2024 BE ADOPTED for implementation.
b) That the ward councillors MONITOR the implementation of / or progress with ward plans on a monthly basis.
c) That it be noted that QUARTERLY REPORTS will be submitted to the Subcouncil for monitoring and review purposes.
d) That these documents be discussed at WARD COMMITTEE meetings scheduled for August 2023.
e) That these plans also be forwarded to LINE DEPARTMENTS to ensure that these are accommodated in their business plans and future budgets.
