RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND |
That the lease of a portion of City land, being a portion of 6578 Durbanville, 13 Oriole Road, Durbanville to Rich Rewards Leasing (Pty) Ltd, NOT BE SUPPORTED for the following reasons:

Subcouncil 7 is not in support of the proposed location, being a park, as parks are primarily utilized by the communities;

Two alternative sites, within close proximity of the proposed site would be better suited.
