a) That the Feedback Report on the investigation for an all-way stop control at Townsend Street and Smartt Street intersection in Goodwood BE NOTED.
b) That an all-way stop control may BE CONSIDERED if other criteria justify the implementation of an all-way stop.
Based on the queue length warrants, a traffic signal control is NOT WARRANTED at the Townsend Street and Smartt Street intersection.
