RESOLVED that:

the intention to commence the public participation process in respect of the proposed sale by way of public competition of Erf 12010 and remainder Erf 12011 situated at 45 & 47 St James Street, Woodstock, Cape Town, for the purposes of an affordable housing development, which includes housing units within the Gap Market, BE NOTED.

the intention to undertake engagements with relevant stakeholders ahead of the public participation process for the intended purposes for the subject properties BE NOTED.
