That pamphlet distribution be arranged for Saturday and Sherry-Lee will set up dates and forward it to the Subcouncil for its availability.

She will liaise with Ald S Rossouw regarding the business sector to see how they can do it.

That the contents of the progress of the vagrant issue at the Grassy Park Library be NOTED.
