a) That the application for an extension of liquor trading days and hours from 02:00 to 04:00, Monday to Sunday trading, for ON CONSUMPTION: Yaltas Pub and Grill, Erf 4436, 154 Voortrekker Road, Parow, Reference number WCP038409 – Ward 26, BE SUPPORTED.
b) Should complaints be received concerning noise and/or unruly behavior of patrons, these will be investigated and may result in the extended trading hours being withdrawn
Any complaints received concerning noise and/or unruly behavior of patrons will also be referred to the Western Cape Liquor Authority and may jeopardise the renewal of the liquor license.
