It is recommended that:
It be NOTED that an event application for a Section 48(4) was received from TASTE WEEKEND – E23020009 was considered in terms of sub-delegated authority and that the following recommendation was forwarded to the Liquor Authority in terms of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008, as amended:
Subcouncil 08 recommended that the event application, reference no. – E23020009, for the business TASTE WEEKEND, BE SUPPORTED.
