Resolution detail

RESOLVED to RECOMMEND that a portion of Erf 11436 Cape Town situated at Victoria Road, Woodstock, Cape Town, measuring approximately 291m²  in extent, indicated as ABCD on Plan 130008541 as Annexure “A” attached to the report, BE RESERVED for the Law Enforcement Services Branch, subject to the following conditions:
 

1. The subject property shall be utilised for operational purposes only;

2. The Law Enforcement Services Branch takes responsibility for the required land use processes, as well as compliance with any related legislation;

3. The said Branch accepts full responsibility for the management and maintenance of the land and any structure to be erected thereon, including maintenance, utility consumption, security and content insurance, as is applicable;

4. That all costs related to the above be provided for by the Law Enforcement Services Branch (Cost Cenre Number: 18040059)
