a) Sub Council 4 NOTES the outcome of the technical assessment for traffic calming measures.
b) Princess Elizabeth Street between Texel and Paarl Street and Princess Elizabeth between Queens Way and Malmesbury Street is CONSIDERED a medium-density residential area.
c) That the Subcouncil considers the assessment as done by the line department and DECIDE to approve the implementation of the traffic calming measures at the locations as indicated by the line department subject to the availability of funding.
The funding for the implementation of traffic calming measures BE CONSIDERED for the 2024/2025 financial year.
