RESOLVED TO RECOMMEND:
It was recommended that

It BE NOTED that an amount R 100 000 for Ward 85 are available on the 2022/ 2023 budget Ward Allocation Operational Budget for Grants-In-Aid.

Subcouncil 8 SUPPORT and PROPOSE that the compliant applications (Attached as Annexure A), be processed and submitted to the Grants-In-Aid Committee, for verification and scrutiny of the applications received from organisations, in terms of the approved Grants-In-Aid Policy.

Councillor Peck joined the meeting again after the discussion and resolution were finalised.
