That the proposed lease on a portion of Erf 20695 Bellville, 3 Botrivier Weg, Protea Valley for a 12 meter minor freestanding telecommunication base station NOT BE SUPPORTED.

That an alternative site, cnr of Grandiflora and van Riebeeckshof Road, be considered.

That should the above be found suitable, a further report be submitted to Subcouncil 7.
