Subcouncil 20 noted that in the considering the Subdelegation rule part 25.4(1), the Subcouncil manager in conjunction with the Chairperson and the Ward Councillor, recommended that the application for a liquor license received from Bay Market, Erf: 1187, 31 Harbour Road, Hout Bay for the sale of liquor for consumption OFF Premises, ref No. LLA23010007 BE SUPPORTED. |
