RESOLVED that:
Subcouncil 20 noted that in the considering the Subdelegation rule part 25.4(1), the Subcouncil manager in conjunction with the Chairperson and the Ward Councillor, recommended that the application for a liquor license received from Yescas Tea House, Erf 2562, Main Road, the Old Bakery, Hout Bay for the sale of liquor for consumption ON and OFF Premises, ref No. LLA23020009 BE SUPPORTED.
