RESOLVED unanimously by Subcouncil 2 that
-
That the contents of the report on the Law Enforcement Monthly Report for the Area North: February 2023 BE NOTED;
-
That the department goes back and relooked at the authority of the old Gazette 23143 that are being utilized in the report, as the newer published Gazette of 2018 gives the department/officials full power to resolved matters;
-
That a workshop be arrange to focus on the Law Enforcement Prosecuting of cases;
-
That the department looked at a holistic approached to attend to the matter.
