RESOLVED unanimously by Subcouncil 2 that

That the contents of the Recreation and Parks: Area North – Quarterly Report to Subcouncil: 1 October 2022 to 31 December 2022 BE NOTED and the information be acknowledged as outdated;

That the Chairperson request a meeting with the ED: Zukiswa Mandlana: Community Service & Health department to address all these service delivery matters within Subcouncil including why tenders are not in operation to attend to projects;

That an urgent report be submitted to Subcouncil 2 regarding the current status and plan forward for the FF Erasmus Hall, Scottsville.
