The SC Manager arranges a meeting with the MAYCO Member, ED, Director and line officials of Community Services and Health to discuss project CPX.0030750-F1: Pedestrian Bridge across Disa River.

The SC Manager and Chairperson in consultation with the Ward Councillor, write a letter to the role players as mentioned above.

The SC Manager arranges a site visit to Wynberg Court with the Cllrs and relevant officials.
