Resolution detail

The Subcouncil Manager introduced the report and mentioned that it is for noting the dates were discussed with councillors. Cllr Nikelo said that in the FOCOS it was clear that Councillors should have not less than 6 member out of the 10-ward committee member and all sectors and seat be filled. Cllr Cassiem moved for noting of the report supported by Cllr Moses. There was unanimous agreement with the resolution. . RESOLVED That the report on Subcouncil 14 Ward Committee Proposed meeting dates and venues for 2023 BE NOTED. Action: ANTHONY DANIELS
