Resolution detail

The Chairperson introduced the item on Invitation to submit written comments in the connection with the city’s integrated annual report 2021/22 and gave the official an opportunity to explain the item. Mr Coto said that this report was tabled in Council meeting and they need written submissions that would be collated and they have a link were Councillors, Stakeholder and the Public can make their comments. The Subcouncil Chairperson welcomed the report and asked if Councillors have questions of clarity. Cllr Moses moved for noting of the report supported by Cllr Achmat. There was unanimous agreement with the resolution. RESOLVED That the report on Invitation to submit written comments in connection with the City’s Integrated annual report 2021/22 BE NOTED. .
