The Subcouncil Manager introduced the report of the assessment it was brought to the subcouncil as the delegation and it is for information and noting. Cllr Adams said that they have external funding and wanted to be clear as to why was it tabled in the agenda. He said that the applications that are declined Mr Daniels said that all the applications are sent to the subcouncil not as a request for funding. He said we can make a request for the department to allocate the fundingCllr Adams said that he will send an email to the official. Cllr Adams moved for noting of the report supported by Cllr Achmat. There was unanimous agreement with the resolution. .
