Subcouncil 20 RESOLVED that:

It is recommended that the following portions of Public Place be leased to the respective sports clubs, as indicated in the table below, or their successors in title, subject to the following conditions:

A tariff rental of R 1039.13 per annum excluding VAT per sport club,

calculated at the rate applicable at the time of transaction be payable. Rates not applicable;

The leases will endure for a period of 10 years with options to renew for a further period of ten years;

The rental will be adjusted annually in terms of the rental tariff structure as approved by Council;

The property leases for each sport club will be used for sporting purposes only;
Subject to such further conditions imposed by the Director: Property Management in terms of her delegated authority;

Subject to compliance with any other statutory requirements;
No compensation will be payable for any improvement made to the property;
