RESOLVED unanimously by Subcouncil 2 that the renewal application for the extension of Liquor Trading Hours from 18:00 to 20:00, Mondays to Saturdays for off-consumption premises in respect of Checkers Protea Heights (Reference No. 187832) Ward 8: Brackenfell Boulevard, Protea Heights, Brackenfell BE APPROVED as the premises is zoned correctly in a business node and have a track record of fair trading and good response to community input.
