It is recommended that:
a) Subcouncil 8 supports and recommends to Council that projects WPX.0013646 Festival of Lights - Ward 84 (R50 000); WPX.0013530 Food Garden Support - Ward 85 (R50 000); WPX.0013528 Food Garden Support - Ward 100 (R50 000) and CPX.0030080-F1 Establishment of Food Garden - Ward 100 (R150 000) be cancelled.
b) Subcouncil 8 supports and recommends to Council that the amount of R88 103, forthcoming from 2021/22 capital balances as well as the amount of R300 000 forthcoming from 2022/23 Ward Allocations projects to be cancelled, be reallocated to projects as set out in Annexure A.
c.) The new projects and 2022/23 budget amendments be included in the January 2023 Adjustment Budget.
