RESOLVED that having considered the City of Cape Town Traffic Calming Policy,

that no further traffic calming along Highland Avenue, Vredehoek would be considered in favor of the Play Park.
-
unless the applicant or the Ward Councillor can produce evidence of a recent serious incident to support their concerns.
RESOLVED that the Transport Department put the recommendation on a proper template.
