RESOLVED that having considered the City of Cape Town Traffic Calming Policy, in terms of Section 7 (1) (c), physical traffic calming measures cannot be used on Class roads to regulate drivers ’speeds. The request for traffic calming in Beach Road, Sea Point is declined.
