RESOLVED that:

the lease of portion of Public Passage, being a portion of erf 95 and 96 Green Point situated at Springbok Road, Green Point shown hatched and lettered ABCD on the plan STC 3687 marked annexure A attached to the report, in extent approximately 39m², to Justin Rohloff, owner of Erf 2079, BE REMOVED and await a new application.

Roads Department advise Subcouncil 16 of the outcome regarding the legal action on this application.
