A meeting be arranged to workshop the IDP/ Budget / Organisational Performance.

It be recommended that Subcouncil note the process for the review of the Organisational Performance Management System and give input, if necessary and recommend it to the Executive Mayor together with MAYCO for submission to Council as part of the annual review process
