RESOLVED that Subcouncil 16:
-
establish an Area Co-coordinating Team (ACT) to investigate and resolve by-law transgression as reflected in the motion.
-
request any other department to form part of the Act as it deems necessary.
-
approached the Mayor Urban Regeneration Program Department (MURP) to form part of the ACT to assist where possible with the improvement and revitalization of Main Road, Koeberg, Brooklyn.
-
ensure that ACT meet regular and provide written feedback in the form of a report to Subcouncil 16.
